Unlike Argentina, Uruguay does not share the same “windy city” politics, and is quite peaceful and safe in comparison—this is not to say that Argentina is not safe—it is. However, overall crime rates in Uruguay are much lower, and violent crime outside of large cities—where you will be on your Uruguay bird hunt—are almost nonexistent.

Perdiz hunting in Uruguay and Argentina is some of the best upland hunting action found anywhere, and can be combined with virtually every species of fish or fowl in the area.
